The recovery service

BITB provides personalised labels and a way for finders to leave private recovery reports. It does not provide GPS tracking or guarantee that equipment will be found or returned.

Free early access

No payment card or automatic paid upgrade. Printed labels can be requested for manual fulfilment. A request is not a completed purchase; price, materials, delivery and payment arrangements must be agreed before proceeding. Insurance and paid subscriptions are not currently available.

Using labels and reports

Print at actual size and test every label after attaching it. Durability depends on your printing materials. Only submit genuine recovery information. Do not submit abusive content or information you are not entitled to share.

Arranging a return

Finder messages are unverified. Use a clubhouse or pro shop where possible and take care when arranging collection. Any contact details voluntarily supplied by a finder are for arranging recovery only.
